How much is hosting after the first year?
Hosting will be charged accordingly to cover the cost of the 1 years hosting + domain’s. (Avg cost for 1 domain + hosting is £40.) This can be made by a one off payment 2 weeks before your account is due to expire. If you would like to know your renewal price before, please let us know.
What is your charge for updates?
Updates are charged at £20 per hour. Small updates such as a image or a text changes are free.
Do I get access to the hosting account cPanel?
All hosting information including email accounts and FTP details are given once full payment has been made and received.
Can I create email accounts?
Yes you can create your own personal emails accounts and will be provided with a full control panel to help you do this. The amount of email accounts depends on which package you buy.
When will you start on my website?
All sites will be started on within 24 hours* of receiving all the information and pictures but can vary depending on how many pictures/ pages you require. At busy periods it maybe longer but we will tell you a time span before we take the deposit for your website. Completion time is around 2 weeks depending on the complexity of the website.
Will my website be submitted to search engines?
Once complete and final payment has been made for your website we will submit it to all the major search engines including Google, Yahoo and Bing. Although your site is submitted, we cannot guarantee when and what position your website will be ranked at and the amount of traffic your site will receive.
How does the monthly website hosting and maintenance renewal
Once your website has gone live, a month later you’ll receive an email from us with instructions on how to start your monthly website hosting and maintenance renewal. Within the email there will be a link to PayPal where you make your first payment. Once you make your first payment, future payments will be taken automatically each month on the same date you made your first payment. i.e. if you made your first payment on the 10th May all future payments will come out of your bank account on the 10th of each month.

What are the payment methods?
Payments can be made online securely by Paypal or by BACS (other methods can be arranged). We require 40% of your total quote up front before we start work on your website. You don’t need a PayPal account to make payments.
Is all communication done via email?
All communication is done via email and we aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours or by phone by prior arrangement and we are always here to help.
