How much is hosting after the first year?
Hosting will be charged accordingly to cover the cost of the 1 years hosting + domain's. (Avg cost for 1 domain + hosting is £55.) This can be made by a one off payment 2 weeks before your account is due to expire. If you would like to know your renewal price before, please let us know.

What is your charge for updates?
Updates are charged at £20 per hour. Small updates such as image or text changes are free.

Do i get access to the hosting ftp server?
All hosting information including ftp details are given once full payment has been made and received.  

What are the payment methods?
Payments can be made online either via secure Google checkout, Paypal or by cheque (other methods can be arranged). We require 20% of your total quote up front before we start work on your website. 

Is all communication done via email? 
All communication is done via email and with our online support system enabling you to contact us with out the need of your home email.

When will my website be started?
All sites will be started on within 24hrs of receiving all the information and pictures but can vary depending on how many pictures/ pages you require. 

Will my website be submitted to search engines? 
On Complete and final payment your website will be submitted to all the major search engines including Google, Yahoo and Msn. Although you site is submitted, we cannot guarantee when and what position your website will be ranked at and the amount of traffic your site will get. Please see our SEO page.
