How much is hosting after the first year?
Hosting after the first year is just £50 for the next year that can be made by a one off payment 2 weeks before your account is due to expire. This covers your domain and hosting. Extra domains are charged accordingly.

What is your charge for updates?
Updates are charged at £20 per hour.

Do i get access to the hosting ftp?
All hosting information including ftp details are given once full payment has been made and received.

What are the payment methods?
Payment can be made online either via Google checkout or Paypal (other methods can be arranged). We require 20% of your total quote up front before we start work on your website.

Is all communication done via email?
All communication is done via email and with our online support system enabling you to contact us without the need for emails.

How long does my website take to be made?
All sites will be started on within 24hrs of receiving all the information and pictures (unless stated over wise) but can vary depending on how many pictures/ pages you require.

Will my website be submitted to search engines?
On Complete and final payment your website will be submitted to all the major search engines including Google, Yahoo and Msn. Although you site is submitted, we cannot guarantee when and what position your website will be ranked at and the amount of traffic your site will get.

Are website Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)?
On all sites we create your website's Title, Description and keywords are all optimised for search engines to give you the best possible start and can be changed, added on request.
